👤I was in the market for a new food processor. I wanted a blender, but it was lower on my list. The bad boy was found on the Ninja website. I wanted to get both in one go. I tried it out with some plain ice cubes, because I didn't have much to test it out with. It was almost immediately turned to snow. I've tried the device to make shakes and smoothies. The smoothie bowl turning part was used a few times. I used to shred cheese blocks in my food processor. To fit in the feeders, make sure to trim onions quickly. Graham crackers crumbled and cranberry sauce was well sauce. I tried it on some tomato puree for chicken tinga. It worked well across the board. It's not bad but it's loud. I wouldn't run it during quiet hours if my neighbors would complain. Before you turn it on, make sure there's nothing lightweight on either side because a lot of wind comes out the sides. It's very sharp. It is very important to be careful while using or washing it. I recommend using a brush to clean the nooks and crannies.

👤Food particles and condensation are building up in the handle of the product after 4 uses, which makes it difficult to wash or dry. Only hand washed, not a dishwasher. It is not a gift or a purchase because of a design flaw.

👤I always wait a few months before I review this item. I have been using the blender for nearly every day since I got it. The only complaint I have with it is that it doesn't have a lever to release the cups on the base, the older models did. These cups stick. I really liked everything about the blender, so I could overlook the fact that I had to pull them up from the counter. The bottom plate of the base snapped off from the rest of the machine as I tried to lift the blender off the counter. I've never had a product fail like that in my life. Since it was outside of the returns window, I lost my patience. Even though they had me do a live video stream to show how it was broken, they said that it would take them 3-6 business days to process the faulty item. I paid for a blender that was faulty, bad design, and poor customer service, and they didn't take my word that it was broken, so I had to have it for less than two weeks. Even though it's outside of their return window, Amazon is doing the right thing by replacing my product immediately. I want to warn anyone considering buying from Shark/Ninja that I will not be purchasing any more products from them.

👤I was happy when I received my order. I was happy when I saw the features and the manual said it was different from the other one. Are they the same? Is this an error? They could be different series, so what is the difference?

👤This is the second time I have ordered this. I noticed a crack for the first time. I sent it back. Even though I have prime, it took them 2 weeks to replace my blender. The bottom black part of my second one is a bit broken and has a crack. This is getting frustrating. Is it me? Does it look like that?

👤For a long time, I'd pick up a blender, look at the sticker, and walk away without one if I needed to replace it. I heard of Ninja's blenders from other people. I thought I'd give it a try. And amazing. In the past, I was used to non-uniform Blending...occasionally a slightly bigger chunk of ice...and figured it was par for the course. I'm finally enjoying a smoothie or a shake that is uniform and smooth, because this blender has three tiers of blades along the center. The lock on the carafe is very easy to place and rotate. The locking mechanism on the lid is a welcome feature. We rarely use buttons because they are very simple and we don't need to use settings that are 1-10. The type of drink you're trying to make is labeled. The carafe is plastic, but that's not a problem for this blinder. This has pros and cons, but I would prefer a glass carafe. It's supposed to be top rack dishwasher safe, but the carafe is so tall that it can be moved down to the halfway point on your dishwasher, which is not possible. The quality of the blender makes up for the shortfall in my opinion. We're very happy with this one.

👤I bought this new prodcut in August 2020 and it is not working. I contacted AMAZON and they did not reply. They don't honor the warranty and refer you to Asurion. Don't buy that warranty! They are a rip off and don't call back. They won't send you anything after taking a claim. Don't buy the warrant or purchase it. I will purchase this product at the store.

👤Theremovable insert was something that I didn't like about this blender. This is a dangerous item and has sharp pins attached to it. I was trying to remove my finger when it was cut. I returned the product after using it 3 times.

👤Online reviews said that this was one of the best blenders for the price. I had a hard time using my old basic blender because I was constantly having to stop it and shake out the air pocket that formed around the blades. No sir, this model is no longer with us. It's great because of two features. The blade stem runs through the whole carafe, so you have blades at all levels. The smoothie button stops the blades in cycles to allow the mixture to settle and re-mix as it's being blended. It's pretty much all you have to do is put in your ingredients and hit the button. I found another great design feature when it was time for cleaning. I was worried that pooling water in the base of the dishwasher after the wash cycle would be a problem if the carafe was upside down. But no! The carafe comes out of the dishwasher pretty much dry because of the tiny drain holes in the base. Excellent. The only problem I had with the blender was a feature. There are cups on two of the feet to hold the blender in place so it doesn't move while it's running. It's difficult to remove the cups from the counter when I don't need them, and it's not good when I want to pull the blender to the front when I need it. I was worried that over time the cups would break off due to the effort it takes to pull them loose. My solution was to buy a small cutting board and sit it on the blender. I can slide the cutting board forward/back with the help of the blender. I'm getting into healthier vegetable smoothies with the power this thing has, and I'm definitely making a lot more smoothies now. Great appliance!

Brand: Ninja

👤I am on the fence about this product. We use the cups daily. They work well. The only problem I have with the blender is that it can't clean the bottom. If there is a nasty build up you need to use pipe cleaner or scrubbers. The 64 oz food processor bowl is a disappointment. The same situation with the cleaning, but I realized that 3 out of 4 of the screw sites that attach the bottom piece were broken through. I only used it for a couple of months. If you make butter or dough, look for something that is more durable. I only saw this when I tried to clean the build up. The product has a limited warranty on time and products included. The processor bowl was not covered under the warranty, according to customer service. I called during the warranty period, so they will make an exception this time. You can get additional warranty through Amazon if you purchase it. The product does fulfill my needs, but it has some manufacturing and durability flaws that I would not purchase again.

👤The positives were far outweighing the negatives when I read the reviews. I thought to myself that I would be able to get my money back if something went wrong. I was upset. I bought this for my wife. The food processor cracked just after the return window. We dumped all of it because we were concerned that the baby's food might have been contaminated. I reached out to the manufacturer after I found out that it was outside of the return window. Guess what? The food processor does not have a warranty. I wonder why. Read the reviews. We needed a replacement for this to break a few days outside of the return window. They denied me and offered $65. Alright, fine. Do you want to rip me off? I will reach out to Amazon. Surely they will help me. Wrong. Again, I say... Wrong. The Amazon support lady was very nice and tried everything she could, but the best she could do was offer a 20% discount on the new food processor part, which was $65 or so. They wouldn't budge. I made a purchase that I thought would protect me from any malfunction since we went through Amazon, but it wasn't. The product broke and neither Ninja nor Amazon will replace it. I have no recourse after being ripped off. $130 down the drain. I warn you if you are considering purchasing this. If it doesn't work for you, your money is wasted and you have no recourse. It can be a few days or a few months outside of the return window. My recommendation is to look elsewhere, not just for the lack of quality and support, but out of principle.

👤This happened today, when crushing ice and a small piece of avocado and a small piece of banana for a smoothie, in a 72oz pitcher. A large piece of the pitcher just flew out of the pitcher at a high rate of speed, without warning. There were no cracks in the pitcher. There was no warning. We are very thankful that it missed the person using the Ninja. We only had this Ninja for a couple of months. This was a huge shock.

4. Ninja Professional Countertop 1100 Watt BL660

Ninja Professional Countertop 1100 Watt BL660

There are two to-go lid and pro blade assembly guides. The 1100 watt motor base is 72 ounces. The total crushing pitcher has a lid. There are two to-go lid and pro blade assembly guides.

Brand: Ninja

👤The jar broke after I used it 4 times. There was a hole in the jar after I pressed pulse for 2 seconds. I am safe. Will try to get in touch with ninja to get the item back.

👤This is my second Ninja in less than six months. The first one I had developed a crack in the base after only mixing liquids. I was told that I would get another cup but it would take a long time. I bought a second ninja in May 2020 because I need a blender. The base won't turn on today because it has developed a small Crack after light use and only Blending liquids. I will have to go through the hassell of trying to get my money back for two blenders and then buy a third one, which will be a ninja. I could tolerate the high noise and the common cuts trying to clean the blades because of the reviews and price. I would discourage anyone from buying this product because of the repeated issues and sub standard customer service.

👤I like the product. It is a well-designed motor. I have only had it for a short time, but I am impressed with its quality. Why only three stars? I wanted to give it four, but the lid leaks. I am using it to make a fluid with oil in it. I have to clean the side of the blender where the liquid runs down the side of it after it is pushed against the spout cover. I only mix 1000 liters of liquid and it gets less due to the fact that I blend it six times a day. It comes out when I push down on the spout cover. I don't know if this happens with all liquids, as I've only used it for the liposomal C so far. I shouldn't have to, but I will eventually find a solution. This is not a flaw and you should be careful. The blades are sharp. I cut my thumb open.

👤I have a second Ninja Blender. The bigger model was hoping for moreDurability. The base of my blenders leaks out on to the counter when used. I only washed it and used it a few times, thinking that the lack of use would make the second one last. This isn't the case. The blender is not durable. If this is the way that all Ninja blenders are, then I would recommend you find another one or save your money for one that doesn't break.

👤I bought my first one in June. The container cracked and was leaking after just one month of moderate use. A replacement container was sent to me by Ninja. The second container is cracked and leaking. I called Ninja and they wanted $64.00 plus shipping to replace the container. The unit is on sale for 99.99 on Amazon. They won't replace it again at no cost. I won't be buying Ninja products again.

👤I decided to invest in a higher quality one after getting tired of having to replace cracked bases on my old oster. The shark ninja is no exception, it seems like it's impossible to find one that works without breaking. The first couple used it and it developed cracks. I'm not sure if I want to spend $20 on a new blender when I know it will break in a few days, or if I want to get another one for free. I haven't used it for anything other than coffee.

5. Ninja AMZ493BRN Compact Processor Dishwasher

Ninja AMZ493BRN Compact Processor Dishwasher

BLADES FOR ANY TYPE OF ACTIVITY: The pitcher, Dough Blade and Chopping Blade, and Pro Extractor Blades Assembly for single-serve cups are all part of the Stacked Blade Assembly. The dreadful ladle assembly. For pizzas, breads, and more, mix and knead wholesome ingredients.

Brand: Ninja

👤I wanted to see how this unit measured up, I have a vitamix and a nutribullet. I like the fact that you have a small serving cup in this unit, something my vitamix can't do. I don't like that my vitamix doesn't have the blades on. The way the lid snaps makes it much easier to use. There is a The motor is quieter than my nutribullet. I get the consistency of the nutribullet in the smoothie, but it's not close to the juice like consistency I get with the vitamix. chop/pulse: I think it did a better job than the vitamix because of the two levels of blades. The IQ function can help if you over chop, but you have to be very careful. Pie dough: This unit did a better job because of the layers of blades. It's much easier to get your food out of the blender with this unit over the vitamix. It's much easier to clean up because you have smaller vessels to blend in, and my vitamix is too tall for my dishwasher to clean properly. If you are looking for a juice like quality blend, this unit will be disappointing. I think it will do a better job than my nutribullet because it has a single serve cup included. It did a good job for smoothie consistency. If you know the limitations of the unit, the price was a good value.

👤This setup is perfect for me. The machine has 2 large bladed pour containers. The big pitcher uses 3 levels of blades to quickly reduce ice cubes and frozen fruit. It has a 64 ounce "max fill" and will make a lot of frozen drinks. The pitcher is 40 ounces and can process food. The controls are easy to use and turn the blender on and off to get the best results. There's also a "pulse" button. The 18 ounce smoothie cup has a bladed base and a cover to put on in place of the open spout. This is shown in the last 3 pictures. It didn't take long for me to finish it. I used fresh halved strawberries and 1/3 frozen blueberries. Cleanup was easy with just a good rinse. The dishwasher safe parts are in this system. The parts are free of the harmful substance. The pitchers are very thick and can be used to lock into the base. The safety measures are well marked because the blades are razor sharp, so don't remove a lid and pour out the contents without carefully removing the stacked blades first. Don't neglect safety, try to catch a falling object, these blades will do you some serious damage, don't neglect safety please! I have experience with this. They don't attach the base inside the 2 bigger pitchers, but on the smaller 18oz. pitcher. This comes with a recipe book and good instructions. The rubber feet that stick by vacuum, the sides at the bottom have built in hand spots that will break the vacuum of the base when I lift it up. A smooth lift, no popping the feet off the counter top. Superb design! I highly recommend this Ninja Store AMZ493BRN Compact Kitchen System with Auto-iQ. It is an excellent product that comes at a very good price. I hope you find the information helpful.

6. Ninja Personal Smoothies 24 Ounce BL480D

Ninja Personal Smoothies 24 Ounce BL480D

The 1100 watt motor base is 72 ounces. The total crushing pitcher has a lid. There are two to-go lid and pro blade assembly guides. The ninja uses pro extractor blades and power to extract vitamins and minerals. Great tasting, healthy beverages are provided by the powerful nutrition and vitamins. The 1000 watt motor has the power to crush through fruit and vegetables. The Nutri Ninja pro blades are used to liquefy ingredients into smoothie and purees. To clean the motor base, use a damp cloth. The motor base should not be submerged in water. There is a small 18 ounce item included. The regular 24 ounce Nutri Ninja cup, sip & seal lids, pro extractor blades, instruction book, and getting started guide with product tips and recipes are included.

Brand: Ninja

👤I gave this to my boyfriend for Christmas and he has been using it every day since. It's very strong. It's important to put it on a stable surface. It was so strong that we put it on top of the dishwasher and it made the whole thing shake. It has cups on the bottom to keep it from moving across the counter. I like the auto-IQ buttons. The blender does a great job of making juice. The pulverization of strawberry seeds is very impressive. I'm not sure. It doesn't seem to work on black berry seeds. Maybe they're tougher? It does a great job with fruit like apples. I like it because I can mix almond milk with strawberries and have a delicious treat. I haven't had any problems with the lid or blade. Don't put either attachment on too tightly, you may struggle to get it off. The cup seems to hold something on it. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to get the lid off. I like that all the pieces are easy to clean. The product was great. It was worth every penny.

👤I was not interested in buying this because of the reviews that said it was a loud blender. I was expecting a lot worse. I grind my coffee beans in the morning and have never had a quiet one. After about a month, this blender is still doing its job and I push pause on the morning news for a second. I would rather have something that works than something that blends the products you put in. It is not as loud as some people think, but I can see that if you have someone sleeping in the next room, it may present a problem. This is a good fit for most.

👤I am very disappointed. I like the Ninja brand. I'm not sure what's going on with this one. I have to warn my child before I turn it on so he can cover his ears, because it's so loud. I can't get my smoothie clean without taking the ring out every time. I contacted the company to see if that was normal, and how to get the rubber ring out without damaging it. I can only stab it with a fork and drag it out. They were very nice, and got back to me very quickly, but they just sent me a new blade. That doesn't answer my question or solve my problem. They sent me 2 blades for a different Ninja. I didn't know how the rubber ring would work with the system when they sent me the one that works. I don't know what happened. It is hard to clean the base because it leaks every time I use it. Sometimes we can get the blade back off, and other times my husband has to use a lamp from the garage to get it off. I'm done with it. I bought a different Ninja system. My kids recycled the box they came in even though I hid it from them. My kid likes to make forts with boxes. It's a good thing.

7. Ninja SS201 Processor SmartTORQUE Stainless

Ninja SS201 Processor SmartTORQUE Stainless

Professional performance power is 1200 watt/2hp. The 3-in-1 blender is used to crush, process, and make dough. Smart Torque is designed to power through heavy loads without stalling or shaking. There is a variable speed control. Start slow and ramp up as needed. Dough can be made in one pitcher with the Power Blender and Processor Pitcher. preset Auto-iQ programs for one-touch smoothie, frozen drinks, bowls, spreads, chopping, and dough The motor has a peak watt of 1400. The easy-to-clean food blender is dishwasher safe. The motor has 1400-peak- watt power-dense motor. The Power Blender has a Total Crushing and Chopping Blade, Dough Blade, Cleaning brush, and recipe inspiration guide.

Brand: Ninja

👤I didn't realize how much I'd taken for granted my prior Farberware blender, a beast that could power through anything and had super solid construction. The jar collar cracked a couple of years ago, and when I tried to replace it, the model was no longer available. I tried to find a replacement for the blender, but couldn't find anything that fit the bill. The crack was fixed with industrial epoxy and it was good for over a year. The inevitable happened. The old Farberware was sent to the landfill. The garage is where my electronics and appliance graveyard is located. I started my search again, but it was hard to find a blender that would complement the other black-and-stainless gadgets on my shelf. I immediately returned the anonymous monster because it left large shards of ice in my drink, after having blown out my eardrums, because of its looks and purported power. No more unrated Amazon products. I needed a tool to make things happen. Even though I was leery of the plastic pitcher, I landed on this one. This thing is huge. I usually make drinks or recipes. I performed the litmus test, and even with one serving, this thing performed well. It came with a recipe book and a brush thingie for the dishwasher to use. It's loud, I won't lie. I wonder if it's because of the plastic pitcher. I can hide with my dog because you pre-set it and go. It does all the magic when you choose the setting. I've never used a blender for anything other than post-workout smoothies or margaritas, but I'm sure it will work with anything else. I'm a big sourdough snob and this one has a dough hook. It's hard to imagine consigning my whole sourdough starter to this piece of plastic, but maybe I'll try something more pedestrian. Can you tell me I'm enjoying my drink?

👤I will return this to get the 1400 watt Ninja. I think a little more power would be great. We will add pics after I receive the review. It has a good thing, it has suction cups to stay on the counter. I used iq Smoothie twice. It didn't chop all the fruit. This smoothie was very smooth. I never had any bits of the best. A bunch of sugar cookies were whipped up. The rubber spatula was used to push the dough. This did a good job. Not having to take out the mixer and bowl was a plus. A person is on the counter. A definite bonus is not a selling feature. If you don't like what you see on Amazon, you can send it back. I'm coming from a personal cup. This lasted 6 months before it stopped chopping up my greens. The warranty on this was only 6 months. Before this, I only had 600 Watts of power for a year. I use it at least twice a day.

👤To the reviews complaining of injury because they didn't realize that the blades aren't fixed, don't blame Ninja, they've done all they can to warn you.

8. Ninja 200 Watt 16 Ounce Chopping NJ110GR

Ninja 200 Watt 16 Ounce Chopping NJ110GR

Thevegetable chopper saves you time on home works. If you are looking for a practical gift for your mom, here it is. If you have a suggestion for the vegetable chopper, please let them know, they will try their best to make you happy. Chop, grind, and blend a variety of ingredients for easy meal preparation or final touches. It's perfect for garlic, onion, spices, herbs, cheese, bacon crumbles, nut chopping, chocolate, dressings, sauces and spreads. The power head is easy to use.

Brand: Ninja

👤You will love it if you use it for the intended purpose. I chop onions and other vegetables daily. This is where the machine excelled. It takes very little space. If you compare it to a large food processor which chops and mixes large volumes of hard stuff like nuts, you are making an unfair comparison. People who buy the wrong things do a disservice to potential buyers. I have seen this with many products, a few negative reviewers made me think twice, cost me weeks of additional research, and I did not know the difference between a slow juicer and a blender. The process I am describing will work with most vegetables, but not onion. I used to cut it by hand because the process of cutting it into smaller pieces took longer than cutting it by hand, even though the onion makes most of us cry. Not so with this machine. I cut the onion into small pieces. The onion is chops very fast because of the four blades. Even though the inner cover is very well secured, the top section comes off instantly. Hold the blade unit by the top and pull it out. If you want to get the onion out directly into the pot, you can run it under the tap for 4-5 seconds, because of the wide tubular design. There were no nooks andTrademarkias that would slow you down. I don't put it in the sink because it takes less than five seconds to wash it out. Voila! You are done. The onion is cut perfectly in the size you want it, and the parts that I washed/rinsed in seconds are drying next to the sink. It takes a lot of time to put it back. I use a food processor if I prepare a lot of vegetables or nuts, but it takes a long time to wash out. This unit is great for cooking in a hurry.

👤I bought this thing in 2015, I'm a single guy with no kids. I'm sure there's some merit to any of the negative reviews, but I'm not going to water down any of the other reviews, this thing costs $20, so I'm not going to change anything. This is the best kitchen appliance I've ever had. I don't care if there are other appliances that are better for $20, I don't have time for that. I tell everyone I know about it because it's hard for me to believe that it's as durable as this thing. I have friends and family that have bought the Magic Bullet, a lot more expensive, and they have complained about it for 3 1/2 years.

👤This was a blessing at first. It chops amazingly, but what really bugs me is that when you puree or chop it's so thin you can't get out, and there's a little circular mark on the little blade.

👤If you want to chop up a few cloves of garlic, the bottom blades are too high and they don't get close enough to the container.

9. Ninja Personal Countertop 1200 Watt BL642

Ninja Personal Countertop 1200 Watt BL642

The programs that do the work for you are timed and intelligent. The total crushing blender can crush ice to snow in seconds. The Nutri Ninja Pro has blades that break down fruits, vegetables, ice and seeds. Small, regular, and jumbo multi serve nutri ninja cups with sip and seal for super juices on the go. Professional performance power is 1200 watt/2hp.

Brand: Ninja

👤This is a good blender. I haven't found anything that it won't handle. I think I could use it as a wood chipper. The vertical blade shaft is better at sucking things into it than any other blender I've had. There is a But. The handle has small openings where water can get in and mold can grow. It's even worse if you wash the jar in the dishwasher because there's a fine amount of ground-up food in the handle. To clean it, you have to take the feet and handle apart with a screwdriver and pry tool. There are videos on YT that show you how to do this. It's easier to take it apart than it is to put it back together. It's very disappointing, because it's obvious that they have to have known about. The previous model had the same issue, but you could detach the handle to clean it out. They've made the problem worse. There is a flood of people reporting this issue on the manufacturers page. They initially responded to each person asking them to get in touch via email, but they don't do that anymore. I love the power of it, but having to clean it with a screwdriver is a deal-breaker for me.

👤The blender was leaking. The warranty had 6 months left and I was relieved. Guess what. The warranty didn't cover the blender. They agreed it was bought to cover my blender, but it wasn't covered by the insurance I bought from Amazon. I bought insurance and didn't get anything. After a year of use, I ended up with a useless blender. The extended warranty recommended by Amazon feels like a scam to me. I'm not going to buy it again. I think I'll steer clear of expensive mechanical items on Amazon because there's no warranty.

👤I have found the use of the blender to be very good. I was not happy with the feet on my countertop. The manufacturer said there were no options. I know that other models of this brand do not have these feet. I was able to pull the cups out, but they left 4 unattractive holes on the bottom and the blender would have to move without feet. The round non-slip pads that I purchased were like rubber and worked great. I solved my problem. I would like to see the Shake cup's lid. We could buy them separately. This is an update. The cups were supposed to be in my box, but they weren't. I am trying to get in touch with the manufacturer to see if they will send them to me. Amazon wants to replace me. The manufacturer is giving me the 3 lids for free.

👤I bought this product on 9/26. I only used it for a few months. I didn't use it for two months and today I plug it in and it's dead. I loved it when it worked. I had to pay $20 to return the dead machine because of the warranty cover. I bought the Square Trade warranty to make sure I was covered, but it's useless. I'm paying for a year of warranty and it doesn't do anything other than take my money and start the clock for a year without having to cover anything. I don't have to pay for the shipping on something that was poorly built because I believe it should have been built correctly. I should have stuck with my $30 blender because it lasted for over five years. If the product breaks down, hopefully it will still be covered by Amazon.

👤Plastic cups seem thicker and more durable than my last ones, and I questioned the strange shape of the cups until I started Blending. The bottom and sides of it have been shaped to create a large swallower. The blades are scary. The cups are dishwasher safe, but only 2 of them. After 4 years, I was down to 1 cup. I have to use a different shelf in the fridge at work because the cups are tall. The air hole is too small to allow a smoothie to pour out fast enough and the lid is too big to allow me to drink from it. The smoothie can't get back into the cup because of the bad air, which causes it to spill around the lid. Maybe it's not a big deal, but I don't like it. There is an update. The flow seems to be better if you don't cover your mouth with your teeth. Maybe my smoothie was a bit less thick today, but it doesn't seem to be as bad as before, so I figured out how to drink out of it. There is a second update. thickness matters A thick smoothie requires you to take off the lid.

👤The design flaw that ninja has to address is the huge flaw in the design of bane. It only comes with one rubber gasket. I tried to get a new one after ours got damaged, but I couldn't find a replacement gasket for $35.

👤I received this today and was excited to try it out. I gave this baby a test run after I stocked up on smoothie supplies. I can already tell you that this is going to be one of my top ten purchases, and it did not fail to impress. It is dummy proof. It's seriously. There are easy pictures on the inside of the box. This is not large enough to cause you to scratch your head. I have it next to my cart. It is reasonable. I am not a big breakfast person so I am looking forward to using this bad boy for my morning smoothie.

👤I was very disappointed and wary of this product. Black dust comes out of the machine when I blend smoothie or juice.

👤It is small and powerful. It can grind up frozen fruit. It is less messy than breaking out the bigger blenders. There is a The cups are hard to clean. The cups are small and hard to get to. To clean it out, you have to have small hands or use a large bottle brush. It can take a lot to get the top ingredients mixed in. You might have to stop it, take it apart, and stir to make sure everything meshes. I will deal with the drawbacks rather than return it because eventually it will do the job I need it to do. I expected it to be easy, but it wasn't.

👤I'm still learning how to use a blender. It has proved that it was worth every penny. At a work event, I blend up frozen fruit into a silky consistency, and at a later time, I made 29 milkshakes in under an hour. I'm a fan of this little blender and will continue to use it. I've been using it to blend frozen fruit for breakfast smoothies.

👤I ordered this as an "opened box" deal. If the blades are not secured at the top and bottom, it will chip the container. All the way to Amazon! Poor shipping and handling caused the chipping to the inside. There is a It's not versatile because it only does the same thing every time, and you can't change it. There are three different sizes of cannisters, but only one setting. It is powerful. If you want to make a margarita, chop nuts, assault cauliflower, or another one, you have to make it before it's too late.

👤I loved this so much that I realized the plastic part in the center of the lid that fits around the stem wore off, meaning the plastic was grinded off by the machine. This is not safe. When they were more expensive, I bought 2 sets. A waste of money. There is a I was going to buy a Ninja bender from the local store, but the one I bought did not have the stem that turned in the center by the power from the top, and a piece of broken plastic fell from it. I returned it. I will never buy a Ninja Food Processor again. Cheap plastic. I have a small food processor that works the same way, with the stem in the center turning while in use, and the power is at the top of the lid, and never had any issues with plastic wearing off. There is a cover underneath the turning part to protect it from falling into the food.

👤I am very sorry that I bought this appliance. I missed the chance to return it. I was misled by the box that said hassle free returns. Why don't I use this? I didn't understand that it didn't have a button to stop or start. You have to put pressure on the lid. It would be distressing to use it for people with compromised arms, like me. I am giving away mine. They might make the operating instructions clearer so people know what they are ordering.

👤When I decided I wanted to make my baby's food myself, I did a lot of research on the best blenders. I was going to buy a Beaba Babycook Pro 2x. There were a lot of bad reviews. I wanted to spend more on a Vitamix for making baby food. That's when I found Ninja. The low price point made me a little skeptical. The Master Prep Professional was given a try. Just wow. The blender is amazing. I've been using this unit for over 3 months. It may not seem like a long time. It is when you use it daily. This bad boy can handle any challenge. There are a lot of vegetables, like carrots, sweet potatoes, bananas, cheese, and tofu. I could go on and on. It can make a puree of everything. It can be raw or cooked. The machine works well for hot food. I remove my food from the steamer and begin to blend in the Ninja. I would add a formula to help the puree blend to a thinner consistency. I blend food without adding liquid. You will get the same results if you blend this way. The only thing I found was to remove the blade and use a spatula to blend the food, then push the blade back in to finish it. All three containers blend food evenly. The food is moved around the container by the blades. If I'm mixing a lot of food, I'll stir it by hand. The setup comes with 3 different containers. There are one small-2 cup container, one medium-5 cup container and one large 6 cup container. Each container has its own blade. The containers have 2 tiers of blades. The large container has a blade. I usually use the largest container. I make food in large batches. The smallest container is perfect for whipping up a single serving. I can blend just one fruit. The blades won't just push the fruit to the side. Adding liquid to the pitcher with the pouring spout on the medium and large container is very easy. There is no need to remove the lid. I just lift the flap and pour the liquid into the pitcher. The Ninja is easy to use. There is only one button that you can use. I put the blade into the pitcher, snap the lid on, attach the motor on top of the pitcher, and press the button. Other reviewers have stated that you don't have to blend your food. I have never had an issue with the button being held down for long periods of time. The rubber on the bottom of the container is non-skid. Two of the containers have spouts. And handles. It's nice to have baby food in my freezer trays. It's easy to clean. The blades are not stuck to the ground. It's much easier to clean than a traditional blender. You have to care for the blades. The bad boys are very sharp. If you're not careful, they will tear up your fingers and dish brush. When mixing, there is no leaks. I have the pitcher to the top. The next thing I love is that you can pack these pitchers full of food and the food will still blend as nicely as it would being half full. The price is amazing. I don't like the fact that this blender won't puree berries to a smooth consistency. It won't crush the seeds. The texture will be grainy no matter how much you blend or how much liquid you add. This issue will be found in almost every blender outside of a Blendtec or Vitamix. There are only two containers with storage lids. I would like each container to have its own lid. The non-skid rubber on the bottom does not stop the blender from moving. It will be on my counter when I blend. The pitchers are made of plastic. I would love to have a glass option. There are many nooks and crannies in the mixing lids. The Ninja Master Prep Professional is the best for the price. It's good for making baby food. I would highly recommend.
