Brand: Hamilton Beach

👤I just bought a new chopper to replace my old one which was just worn out. I've been through a lot of different brands. The Black & Decker had 2 speeds so that I could get a fine or coarse chop. I was a bit leery of this one because it didn't have that feature. It is awesome. It's simple to operate and clean, and you only need a few quick presses to get a good chop. If you like, you can turn it into juice. The profile is higher than I was looking for, but I can deal with it. I just leave it sit out and it looks good. Highly recommend this mini-chopper and would buy it again and again. This baby is worth what I paid for.

👤I tried to make cauliflower rice. I almost thought it was impossible because it didn't work in my blender. I decided to give this food processor a try because of the ratings. It makes cauliflower rice like it was supposed to. You can't take for granted what a magnificent thing it is. Highly recommended for all of your processing needs.

👤This is a great chopper, don't listen to the negative reviews. It's perfect for choosing how large or small you want your veggies to be. It is easy to clean. It takes about 2 minutes. I only use it for salsa now. Great product.

👤This is much easier to use than the ones where you need a lot of strength to do it. The back of the bowl is flat, so you can't mess up, and the ability to just drop the items in position is a bonus for those of us who don't have the strength of our younger days. The only negative would be that it is loud.

👤I've only used this machine twice, but I love it. Even using traditional choppers is difficult because of my wrist and hands. This is great. I have to be careful not to let it get away from me and make something. That's on me.

👤It is small but does the job. Food gets stuck inside the blade and inside the container pipe which is difficult to clean, which is the reason for 4 stars. There are pictures #2 and #3. The thing is loud, but that doesn't bother me.

👤I absolutely love this device. I make a kind of pudding out of bananas, frozen fruit, chia seeds, and raw honey. It's a good way to get my fruit. I'm going to try putting in vegetables, chopping up real small and adding hot water to make a soup, hope it works the way I plan it. It is easy to use and clean.

👤The return window for this mini chopper expired when I got around to using it. When I add food, the blade will not spin, even though it is empty. I have only used this a few times and it's a waste of money. Hamilton Beach does not have any customer service phone lines and I have tried many times to resolve this problem using their online customer service form. Hamilton Beach is great until you need their support. I am very upset and frustrated by this experience. Buyers be warned.

Brand: Ninja

👤After using low end processors for years, I decided to upgrade to a ninja and use food processors. I was very disappointed. The base wouldn't spin when the contents were in the processor a month after purchase. The ninja customer service team were unable to help me return it as the time period had just passed. They refused to support a product that cost over a hundred dollars. Don't buy this product!

👤If possible, I would recommend buying the extended warranty. I used this every day when I received it. It is a very versatile unit, I'm really happy with the attachment. I tried to turn it on for three weeks, but the lights started blinking, meaning it's not ready to go. This is usually a sign that you haven't locked it correctly. It was locked correctly and a piece of plastic in the lid was faulty, not pushing down on the base to set it into "operation mode" We were able to return this in 5 days. It's sad that only three weeks of use have left. I hope the second version is better than the first one. I think it's a really useful appliance. I'm really sad to be without it.

👤The first 45 days worked out well. I probably used it 10 times. The motor was dead when I used it. I can see that power works. The motor is dead. I'm about $120. It seems like my 30 day window to return via Amazon expired, so I'm looking into whether there's a manufacturer warranty or something. Buyer beware...

👤There are a few things that I'm not crazy about, but I wanted to give this 5 stars. The shredders are really fast. The motor is working well. The food tube feeders are too narrow for most veggies, you have to cut them down to fit. Cucumbers come out translucent, wish there were more disks. I use pule instead of chopping because it makes pieces too small. It would be great if it came with a spiralizer blade and a disk to make fries. I think they should add more features to make it more versatile because it can make dough for cookies and bread. I own several other Ninja appliances and recommend the entire line of products. Well made, reliable, and durable.

👤The variety of blades and the different speed options of the food processor are wonderful. The food chute is large enough to hold medium-large pieces of food, and narrow enough to not flop around. It's got a small engine and it's not loud. Food doesn't get caught up in the lid because the space between the shredding disc and the top is small. The locking lid and seal works well and the 9 cup capacity is generous. There is a cord keeper that works. There is a The blades don't go to the edge of the processor so it takes longer to reach a "puree" than any other unit I've used. Unless you use a long utensil, the double blades will make it impossible to remove sides completely. The unit does not nest very well when disassembled, making it harder to store. I have to store the base and top separately in my kitchen cabinet space. Unless you can put it in a ready-to-use position. The distance between my cabinet shelves makes this option impossible for me. The cups at the bottom are a nightmare. They don't really hold the unit down like you want, but "suck" just enough to make it annoying to move the unit once finished and to get it out from the cabinet. I will cut mine off. I made soup with a metal blade and pasta dough with a plastic blade. I shredded a pound of cheese. It took a little longer than my old unit, but all came out perfect. The bottom spinner can't be cleaned because it's in the basket. The metal blade is hard to clean. It's not easy to get your hand on it. You can see how long the puree option takes from my batches of pesto. There was no engine whine or engine smell. I'm happy with this and won't look to replace it anytime soon. It seems like a strong unit. The things that bother me are not a deal breaker.

3. SHARDOR Processor Vegetable Chopping Shredding

SHARDOR Processor Vegetable Chopping Shredding

The manual string food chopper is a good quality. 30 days money back and a free exchange are still offered. Do not worry about the after sell service. The fruit chopper is great for the kitchen. A small food processsor does the same functions as a large processor with less cleaning. Chop garlic, onions, celery; puree baby foods; mix a variety of ingredients; shred cabbage, potatoes, carrots and slice cucumbers, apples, mushrooms, carrots, etc., all with the same small food processor. The mini food processor has a powerful 350 watt motor and 2 speeds and pulse operation for coarse or fine results, ideal for anything from creating a creamy hummus, smooth sauce or tasty dressing. Extra feed chute accommodates whole fruits and vegetables for perfect slicing and shredding, freeing your hands from the sharp blades. Food can be processed quickly and easily. TheDrizzle Basin is ideal for sauces and dressings. The parts are easy to clean. The 2-year warranty is for quality assurance. They give you a 6-month free replacement warranty. Make sure the bowl and lid are locked. The bowl is fully compatible with the motor and lid lock. The food processor won't work if there are two parts locked down.

Brand: Shardor

👤The little food processor is perfect for everyday use. The shoot has a very strong motor and it spits food into my bowl. The bowl has a place on the top where you can put liquid into the container. It's perfect for making pesto. It is a sealed system. The liquid in the bowl won't spill when you take the bowl off the motor. I tried to give you an idea of how much counter space it takes by comparing the size to other items. It's footprint is smaller than a bottle of soda. I will use it all the time because I can easily leave it out. The slicer is small. It's perfect for dehydrated apples. The shredder is sharp. It won't be a problem with cheese. If the pieces are engaged, you can use them. There are photos of the lid to bowl and bowl to motor. Remove the plastic covers from the blades before using. I bought this for myself and have not been compensated for it. Please let me know if you find it helpful by clicking the button.

👤This was the first purchase I made from this manufacturer. It took about a week to arrive. I used to own a larger food processor, but it was too much for me. My eye settled on the object. It works well for my needs. The cutting blades are sharp. The unit works better than I anticipated. I chop tons of veggies for salads and make salsa and Pico de gallo. I was annoyed that I had to send the first unit back. I was grating cheese and shooting cheese directly into a casserole when the second unit chipped in. I hand-washed all the accessories very gently, so I think there is a fault there. Everything else seems to have been made well. You need to register within seven days to get the extra warranty. It is the perfect size for 1-2 people, without having to drag out a larger item. The photo shows components spread out, but it isn't stored that way.

👤My wife and I sent this to her mother. She has a favorite recipe for carrot cake that requires 1 cup of shredded carrots. She was using her 50 year old shredder for the job. Trying to use the shredder while keeping one hand on her walker was a challenge. The machine is perfect. She can use one hand, and it's easy to do with a push-button operation. She is happy.

👤I'm very happy with my food processor. I've had others that were too small. This is a perfect size for storing and cleaning. The blue light reminds you that it's still on. It's helpful when I need to change out the blades for something different in the same time frame. Also works quickly.

👤At first, I had doubts. I didn't know about the brand. It would be too small. There is a I took a chance because I wanted a processor that would make cabbage and not puree it. There's not a lot to choose from. I was surprised. The processor is small, but tall enough to put the ground up veggies into the largest bowl I have and make a large amount of slaw. It does a better job with carrots and onions than the two Hamilton Beach models I have been using. The only thing that could be improved is the outlet opening of the chute, which is too narrow and can easily become blocked. It's easy to remove the whole thing from the base so you can open it and clear it out. There is a The design of the chute makes cleaning the top section a little more difficult than it would be if you could reach through from either end. I ran water throu it as soon as I finished using it, so this wasn't a problem for me. There is a I could see it being a pain to clean if I wasn't able to do that before it became stuck to the surface. The small footprint makes it easy to get to and use whenever I need it. There is a The other lid and blades that I don't use as often fit easily into a storage bag and are stashed in a small cabinet over the microwave where most stuff wouldn't fit. The container is large enough to make small batches of sauces and stuff that you wouldn't want to leave with the chute. There is a I can still use the old HB processor if I need to make a larger batches. It is almost perfect for what I need it to do. It's the best I've used so far. Don't try to force it. It will do a great job shredding it up if you cut it small. Also, note: I received an email from the company that said I could use the 2 year extended warranty and free replacement. I haven't had any issues with the unit. If I need it, they're going to offer good customer support.

4. BLACK DECKER Processor Black FP1600B

BLACK DECKER Processor Black FP1600B

The garlic chopper is the best gift for Holiday Gift, Mother's Day, Christmas, New Year's Day, etc., and it is easy to carry, especially suitable for food lovers. There is room to work with the 8-Cup Work Bowl. The food chute with pusher helps guide food towards the slicing/shredding disk while the processor is going. The dishwasher-safe parts are removed. When the lid is securely attached to the bowl, the safety interlocking system works.

Brand: Black+decker

👤This unit is useful but has some drawbacks. Here's the skinny. The pros are 1. It's small and easy to fit on a counter. It's a very light unit and can be stored in a small spot. It's easy to pick up the unit with one hand. 2. It's pretty easy to use. I didn't read any of the instructions, but I put it together and used it. You won't have any issues with this food processor if you ever use it. 3. You can cut through things with the two blades. It does everything you expect from a food processor. Cons 1. The unit is so light that there's a way to hold it in place. It's great when you're running it, but a little pain when you want to move it. To get the unit off the counter, you have to unstick the feet. The way the lid is designed, there's a space between the chute and the rim of the lid where food gets caught. You have to use a knife or thin item to push the food out. If you waited to clean up the lid until you were done cooking, it would be a problem. You wouldn't be able to get a scrubbie in there and would have to soak it to get it clean. 3. You can't fill the bowl more than 1/3. It would be about 2 cups of chopped food. The bowl fits over the middle of the spindle that holds the blades and does not create a tight seal. It's pretty open. If you fill the bowl more than 1/3 of the way up, the processor will spill it right down the gap between the bowl and the spindle. If it's liquid enough, it will go to the base of the motor housing. The housing is sealed, so it makes a mess to clean up. It's good for a small house hold. I've only been able to slice in a single batches of carrot, celery, and onion. I probably could have put a little more in but not much. It feels like it'll end up out of the bowl if it's more than that. If you're making a meal for 4 people, you'll have to break down your ingredients into smaller batches. That starts to be inconvenient, and contrary to what one would think if they used a food processor. If you're a single person or cooking for 2, you might want to look for bowls that are large enough for chopping. This unit does what I need and I'm happy with it. I would recommend it for a small household that doesn't need a lot of bells and whistles. It's a basic unit that gets the job done.

👤This is for $20 Stand next to it and stir to get everything chopped. Be careful, be loud. Things will get stuck at the top of the machine.

👤From the first use, it never worked. The little stick that is supposed to be depressed by the lid has never worked. It looks like something a kindergartener would design. It goes to the landfill after a while. I can't believe it got so many good reviews. People who don't use it and cook.

5. Cuisinart FP 8SV Elemental Processor Silver

Cuisinart FP 8SV Elemental Processor Silver

Refer to the user manual for questions surrounding warranty policies and the product is free. It's a super function. The food processor comes with an 8-cup work bowl with measurement markings. Must-have features. shredding and slicing discs are medium to fine with an integrated feed tube. Control. The controls are convenient. The parts are dishwasher safe. Refer to the user manual for questions surrounding warranty policies and the product is free.

Brand: Cuisinart

👤After using the food processor for two months, I had two plastic shards come off into the greens I was making. Consumers should think twice before buying this product.

👤I'm a huge fan of the products from Cuisinart. They are easy to use and last forever. I'm an experienced cook in the kitchen. I own a lot of cooking and baking appliances. I thought I'd downsize from my larger food processor. It could be 10 years old or less. The model was easy to assemble, the touch pad was visible, and it was very easy to use. The assembly of this model was complicated. It seems that parts are forced to fit. I don't understand why the handle is over the touch pad when the model is assembled and locked in place. It's a bit awkward to use the touchpad. The older model had the handle off to the side, the blade snapped in place, and you were good to go. I had to force the bowl to lock in place. I went through the steps several times, assuming that something was wrong and that I was assembling it correctly. I was not. I will pass this appliance on to a family member who is more patient and doesn't cook as often as I do because of the issues. Setting up a food processor is an easy task, but I don't tolerate complicated things. I shouldn't be a problem, but this one is. I wish my food processor was still made by Cuisinart. It was easy to use and it had an easy set up.

👤I received a used product. This is not new. The machine had food on it and it was still working. The control buttons were worn and the base was being painted. I returned the item. Disappointed. When I bought it, the description said new, but now it doesn't specify either way.

👤This is perfect for my home use. If you use common sense and read the instructions, the lid won't break. If you force it to break, make sure the bottom is locked in place and that it snaps into the port. The top will slide in to lock.

👤The food processor broke after a few weeks of use. The blades couldn't blend up chick peas because the top wouldn't close. I printed the return slip but didn't ship it in time. I bought the insurance on this item, but not sure how to contact them. I had a Cuisinart for 20 years and was very disappointed.

👤I bought this one to replace my old one. The brittle plastic snapped when attempting to close the lid on the second use of the food processor. Returned immediately.

👤We have been using the same processor for over 50 years. This model is sturdy and simple to use. It is easier to operate and has all of the bells and whistles that we need. Buy it! It is a very low price to pay.

👤Yes! Love is in the air! It's important to read the instructions carefully for the first time. You have to have the bowl locked and the lid on before plugging in some places. I thought the power wasn't working on either of the two that I went through.

6. Tasty Cuisinart Mini Processor Tangerine

Tasty Cuisinart Mini Processor Tangerine

China is the country of origin. The disk is made of Stainless Steel. The chopping blade is made of steel. Chop, grind, slice, and shred controls.

Brand: Tasty By Cuisinart

👤This is what I was looking for. Powerful, but small. It does a great job. I can no longer chop with my arthritic hands, and this makes cooking a pleasure again. The blade of the slicer looks like my original one, which I love. I can keep it on my counter because it is small.

👤The mechanisms click into place. It is the perfect small size for me, as I usually make my own seasonings for chimi churri, or Pico de gallo, and I like to use it in a small package. I don't need a big machine. It is small enough to fit on the counter and powerful enough to handle the job. It works great for me.

👤I loved this product when I received it. It was great, the color, the size. After only using it a few times, a part wore down making it impossible to process food. I would have ordered a new part and tried to fix the problem, but the processor is no longer available and I can't find any replacements. I would return it or take a new one. It was out of my view for return. If you are buying another model, make sure you check the website for the current model.

👤Just enough fir small batches can be made with a small food processor.

👤I have owned it for a while. I like it at first. The pieces of plastic from the two blade pieces that come together were being shed. I can't use this.

👤Needed a quick way to chop onions. Solid does not move. Use the dishwasher to clean it.

👤It is cute and bright. Does a good job.

👤The food processor is awesome. It's the perfect size and not too big. I use it to chop nuts for baking. It does a great job. I'm glad I got this. I have had thos for about 3 months now and they work great.

7. Hamilton Beach 70510 Processor Electric

Hamilton Beach 70510 Processor Electric

Chop and puree food, blend smoothie, slice and shred vegetables and cheese. The snap assembly requires no twisting or locking. The quad blade is made of steel and provides superior chopping results. A large chute is used to fit a block of cheese. Refer to the user manual.

Brand: Hamilton Beach

👤I can't deal with the twist-on types of choppers because of my arthritis. It is easier on the hands, but there is a learning curve. The seal on the lid makes it difficult to pull off. The trick for me is to pull the chute toward the spout. The latches were stiff at first, but now they work well. If you have the lid on backwards, they won'tlatch. The unit is much quieter than I have tried before. I chopped parsley and froze it. It 800-273-3217 It does better with a full load. I'm glad I got the 4 cup because I usually have smaller jobs. The pulse helps prevent accidentally mushing soft things up. The cups work. The double walled handle is something I don't like. There is some parsley in there. It looks like you can clean, but it takes a lot of work. The chamber has a lot of unnecessary holes, which make it hard to get out. 5 stars for the stack and snap idea, 3 stars for the weird design of the chamber, and 1 star for the tiny and very skinny chute, which has so far only been useful for getting the lid off. I would recommend another model if you need to slice and shred more. It's great for onions, garlic, peppers, tomatoes and anything that can be chopped.

👤I can't recommend this product. The lid safety locking tab, which is a small plastic tab molded into the lid and fits into a slot on the handle, is snug and good. The lid is tight. If you tilt the lid slightly while removing it, the tab will break, which is hard to do without some wiggle. The tab is too small.

👤I was looking for a replacement for my mini chopper when I found this one. My old chopper became very difficult to operate and assemble after several years of use. The 4 cup mini is perfect for cooking. There are pros and cons. It's very easy to assemble and take apart and it's easy to clean. The chopping blade has two blades, one for chopping and one for Blending, which makes it easier to blend food. The unit is tall but does not take up much counter space. If the lid is lined up correctly, you have to gently push the lid down to get the seal to open. A few reviewers have said that a tab on the top has broken off. I am careful to line the spout with the top and the tab with the corresponding slots at the handle, because I took note of this. I have had no problems so far. There are disagreements. Unless you are grating a small block of cheese, the image shown is not accurate. If you need a small chopper, this one is a great choice for its size, ease of use and cleaning, and being able to chop, slice and grate.

8. KitchenAid KFP0718ER 7 Cup Processor Puree

KitchenAid KFP0718ER 7 Cup Processor Puree

Dicing kit and storage case are included. It is easy to use with a one-click, twist-free bowl assembly. It is easy to clean, sealed, leak-resistant work bowl. Convenient cord wrap and in-bowl accessory storage make it easy to store. There are 3 speed options and easy-press paddles. The reversible medium slicing/shredding disc and multi-purpose blade can be used to chop, puree, shred and slice everything from cucumbers to tomatoes, cheeses and more. The 2-in-1 feed tube is used to process a variety of shapes and sizes. The model KFP0718 has a 7-cup work bowl, lid, Multipurpose blade, and Reversible medium slicing/shredding disc.

Brand: Kitchenaid

👤This is my second KitchenAid appliance. I wanted to replace my cup because I loved the first one. This one is cheap and lightweight and does not chop well. I am not happy with this product. I would not waste your money. I use my previous chopper almost daily, but it gets a lot of food caught in the bowl between the shredder and cup lid. It makes more work for you and isn't worth it. So disappointed.

👤I already have a 12-cup Kitchen Aid food processor, however, I got tired of lugging it out of storage when I needed it, because it was too big for my counter. The machine would fit on the counter nicely. I use this appliance more often now. This model is very easy to clean. That's a big plus for me. I like how the lid fits on the bowl. If you are doing something with flour, the lid on the bowl will keep it out of your counter. I don't know if it's up to the jobs I use it for, but it does seem to be up to the job I do. I can speak for the quality now. I didn't have a processor for a year. It died in the middle of making cookie dough, but it didn't get much use. A food processor should be able to handle that. I really liked the design. I was expecting better from Kitchenaid. It's up to the job if you replace it with a Cuisinart. Don't waste time with this one.

👤I thought about what the bad reviews were about. It is easy to clean and the oil drips are great. I was making some chick pea blondies this morning, a day after I returned it. It died while pureeing the chick peas. The person is dead. Come on! What's the deal? The return window is a bit too open for Amazon. They aren't selling them anymore. So take it from me, buyer beware!

👤I have been using Kitchen Aid products for twenty years. I knew I had to get this red one for my kitchen when I saw it on sale. I gave my white Kitchen Aid to my daughter in law because her kitchen is white and it is still the same as when I bought it. When I received my package, I was very excited, but I didn't open it. The machine was not protected, there was no instructions booklet, and it was all very disappointing. I bought a refurbished machine thinking I made a mistake. I washed and set the machine up, but it didn't work. I tried on another outlet and the same thing happened. I checked my order and found a brand new unit, not a refurbished model. I was angry? I almost didn't order a replacement. I contacted Amazon and they sent out a new machine and the machine was free of charge for UPS to pick it up. I received the replacement today and it is brand new, even packaged differently than the first one, but I am so happy that it is brand new. This one works well.

9. Hamilton Beach 70730 Processor Vegetable

Hamilton Beach 70730 Processor Vegetable

In Japan, the popular snack is "Daissho", a snack that is easy to digest. They are perfect for afternoon snacks, coffee breaks, office and family gatherings, and can be easily shared with family, friends and colleagues. Bowl scraper attachment. The sides of the bowl have a special attachment that is used to keep ingredients close to the blades for more even results and to save you time when chopping or pureeing. The generous 10 cup bowl can hold a lot of food and not have to stop to empty it. A large feed chute can fit a whole block of cheese for quick processing and less prep time. A food processor can be used with a vegetable chopper and with a s-blade chops. The food processor's low and high speeds plus pulse give you the control you need for a variety of recipes. S-Blade for chopping was included.

Brand: Hamilton Beach

👤The reviews and videos of the food processor were great when I was researching, but when I used it as I wanted, it did not retain any splash, I am not sure if I got that. My other two units that I used for years did not have a seal and did not have the leak spilling problem.

👤My food processor was too small for some of my recipes. The reviews seemed to agree with the bill. It was a major disappointment. When it is used full it will overflow through the middle area. The on/off switch won't turn after 1 year. My 30 year old Black and Decker had to be pulled out of the middle of a recipe.

👤The plastic pieces broke after several years when I tried to replace a Cuisinart. I thought I would save money, and after reading the reviews on Hamilton Beach, I thought it was worth a try. I was wrong. This is the worst food processor I have ever used. Yes, it has two speeds, Fast and Super Human, but they don't work when you are trying to grade cheese. Everything will be butchered and not the way I wanted it, because it came with only one blade. I replaced a good quality product with a piece of garbage in order to make my wife mad. Don't purchase this item if you love your wife. Even though Amazon usually has a 60 day return policy, the return button is missing, so it's even worse.

👤Our previous processor was less than 3 cup. This one is very similar to the Dark Ages. It has done everything well so far. It was used to make the dough of 2 pumpkin pies. Do not Over Process - keep your finger on the pulse button, that's what I have learned. The pies turned out perfect with the correct amount of processing time. The pulse and selection are too fast. The caveat in processing time would have been better if the availability of a slower speed for making dough was available. There is a slight problem with the slicer. It slices fairly well, but it slices in different ways towards the last part of the item. It's not that great for presentation purposes. I thought I'd point that out. A good value for a good processor. Will report back if there are any problems. So far, so good.

👤Even though it says it is a 10 cup bowl, you can't fill it over the level of the blades without it leaking. The lid has no seal so any liquid that reaches it will come out. I called Hamilton Beach and they said that even though this isn't specified on the box or advertizing, it is in the booklet that comes with it. The bowl scraper that I thought would be a useful feature only comes to the top of the blades, so if you can only fill it to there, it is useless. They wouldn't do an exchange or a refund, and recommended I buy another product. That won't be happening.

👤I got the product, but also got a card that said if I gave a 5 star rating they would send me a gift card.

👤If you want to be quick in the kitchen, you need to chop onions and tomatoes. Parsley... This is not a tool. I was looking for a tool to help chop my vegetables and this one is what I found. It is hard to understand how to use it, you need to chop the onions first, then remove them several times, because it won't do it's job properly. I have it in my cabinet. I am not using it. I will have to buy something else.

👤It is good for small kitchens. It is easy to use, you just need to select a blade, secure the lid, add the motorized top and press the button. You get a metal chopper and a plastic one for whipping. The maximum fill line is given by the compartment since whipping will create less volume. It chops and whips very well. If you line up the lid wrong, it will get stuck. The motorized top part doesn't lock in, so you have to be careful when holding it, and not tilt it.

👤A machine with a lot of power. It is very easy to disassemble. The top motor unit can only be put in the dishwasher. It took me 30 seconds to finely chop 2 heads of garlic.

👤The processor is small and doesn't do well with small amounts of herbs or vegetables. I'm not sure if this design is intuitive or not, but I think the ones where the bowl is on top are more convenient. This is a small food processor that can do a lot of things, but doesn't take up a lot of room in the kitchen. It's great for pureeing fruit and vegetables. It took me a while to get used to the design because my previous food processor all had the motor at the bottom, whereas with this one, you put the motor on top and press a button. The cup can be used as a container for a drink once it's finished, and it's great design. It is easy to clean. I can take it when I travel because it is so small. The design is easy to use.

👤I got this little thing because I wanted something to eat that I wouldn't take up a lot of storage space with. It was accomplished that way. It's easy to clean, I just rinse it out and dry it. The only complaint I have is that small bits of food can get stuck in the space of the lid, but it hasn't been annoying enough to knock a star off. It's very nice. I wouldn't put tomato's in it unless you want mush. The blade is very secure since you press on it with the motor on top. There can be a gap between the cup and the blade. Another feature. I like that. I didn't notice that the black base detaches and is a lid, so you can put it in the fridge and make your own salsa. If you cut onions in it, the tear gas will still bother you. Don't look at face. It is absolutely perfect for the price and the use I wanted.

👤I got a commercial food processor for home use, but I found those that were designed for home use very unreliable, and I checked them out in a shop, and they seem very weakly build. I am testing it out after getting it. The slicing attachment works well. The continuous feed design of the sliced mushroom and onion is lovely. I julienned potato's. I bought a julienne disc separately and it was almost as good as a sharp cutter. I will update this review after putting more time on it. I'm glad I got it instead of one that was designed for home use. I had a home use food processor, but this machine is so quiet and powerful that I don't use it anymore. My cats didn't have to run away from the kitchen when I used it. When I load it, it doesn't seem to slow down. I made many potato pancakes using the 2x4mm julienne disc. The machine is quiet and the motor is very strong, it won't slow down under load. There is barely any juice from a 5 pound pile of julienned potato, and the potato match sticks are very finely and evenly sliced. I didn't need anything to keep the potato from turning dark because it did the slicing so fast. I put the juice on a hot pan immediately. I have 4 slicing discs that are heavy duty and built out of thick steel sheets and tempered cutting edges. I don't think I will ever wear them out for home use. The machine that I used to make hummus did a great job of grinding up gorbanzo beans. The hummus is very smooth after only a few minutes of chopping. Making mayonnaise and whipping up heavy cream were pleasant experiences. I can make a small amount of mayo with it, unlike a kitchenaid mixer which needs at least 6 eggs for the beater to work, the robot is good at handling a single egg. I just add the one egg, a small amount of oil, vinegar, and mustard powder and let it whip up the mixture before adding more oil from the top of the lid. The machine beats the stick blender in this task. I will add another update after a while to see if it's reliable.

👤Oh my gosh! This food processor is amazing. Quality and longevity. I am not a cook. A professional food processor is used in the home. I used to use the popular line of in- home food processor. The problem with them is that they all died within 3 months of one another. I wanted a quality robot that would last a long time. The RC exceeded my expectations. The baby has 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Way to go RC.

👤Wife likes this! Don't buy cheap processors that only last a year. If you buy one of these, you'll only need one. We will probably pass it down to the next generation when we're too old to cook ourselves.
